office and we can take your payment over the phone using
a VISA, MASTERCARD, America Express or Discover card.
STEP THREE: As soon as we get your Worksheet,
verification and fee, an attorney will contact you to
confirm all the information you have given us and answer
any questions you may have.
You should be prepared for this consultation by having
all your questions written down.

Your spouse will receive a copy of the Divorce Complaint
by either certified mail or alternative personal service.
Your spouse must pick up
this certified mail for the divorce process to continue.**

the Complaint by email. By law, we have to wait 90 days
from the date your spouse is served with the complaint
before we can begin to finalize the divorce.
STEP FIVE: After the 90 day period has passed,
you and your spouse will be sent documents which must
be signed by each of you and returned to our office
so that we can finalized your Pennsylvania mutual
consent divorce.
STEP SIX: Once we get all the documents
signed by you and your spouse, we will then submit all
of the documents required by the court in order to finalize
your divorce. As soon as we get your divorce decree,
we will scan it to our files and mail it to you for
your records. If applicable, a
name change
back to a maiden or previous name
can be done for an addition fee. A more detailed
